AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS NECESSARY TO RESTORE THE CAP ON CERTAIN PROBATE COURT FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sufficient funds be appropriated from the General Fund to allow the restoration of the cap on Probate Court fees for the settlement of an estate and that title 45a of the general statutes be amended to restore said cap.
Statement of Purpose:
To appropriate funds to the Probate Court and restore the cap on Probate Court fees for the settlement of an estate.
