Summary

To authorize state grant commitments for school building projects; to add members to the School Building Projects Advisory Council; to increase the reimbursement percentage range for new construction projects from ten to seventy per cent to ten to eighty per cent; and to allow boards of education to include any federal funds received as part of such board's local share of school building project costs.
