Summary
To require institutions of higher education in state have an automatic external defibrillator at any athletic facility on campus and to have staff present during normal operating hours and during sporting events who are trained to use an automatic external defibrillator and to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation for the purpose of ensuring the safety of collegiate student athletes.
