Summary

To (1) allow a registry, in addition to a homemaker-companion agency, to conduct background checks on prospective employees; (2) expand the contents of the required notice to a consumer regarding homemaker and companion services; and (3) modify provisions on covenants not to compete between an individual and a homemaker-companion agency, registry or home health aide agency.
