Summary
To provide that no health insurer that delivers, issues for delivery, renews, amends or continues an individual or group health insurance policy in this state shall: (1) Change the terms of such policy during a policy year unless an insured requests such change; or (2) make any global change to the policies issued by such health insurer unless such health insurer provides advance written notice to participating providers disclosing such change.
