An act to amend Section 11370 of the Government Code, relating to administrative hearings.

SB 600, as introduced, Borgeas. Administrative Procedure Act.
Existing law, the Administrative Procedure Act, governs, among other things, the procedures for the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations by state agencies and for the review of those regulatory actions by the Office of Administrative Law. Existing law specifies which code sections constitute the Administrative Procedure Act.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to those provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 11370 of the Government Code is amended to read:

11370.
 This chapter, Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340), Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 11370), Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 11400), and Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) constitute, and may be cited as, the Administrative Procedure Act.
