An act to amend Section 23500 of the Business and Professions Code, relating to alcoholic beverages.

SB 587, as introduced, Borgeas. Alcoholic beverages: craft distilleries.
Existing law establishes the Craft Distillers Act of 2015, which, among other things, authorizes the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to issue a craft distiller’s license to manufacture distilled spirits.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the provision naming the act.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 23500 of the Business and Professions Code is amended to read:

23500.
 This act shall be known, and may be referenced as, known as the Craft Distillers Act of 2015.
