An act to amend Section 18936 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to building standards.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 3316, as introduced, Bloom.
Building standards: notice requirements.
Existing law requires the California Building Standards Commission to mail notices of meetings with respect to its proposed action on any building standards to specified parties that have submitted a written request for notice at least 15 days before any meeting, as specified.
This bill would instead require the commission to mail notices at least 21 days before any meeting.
