AB 3187, as amended, Grayson. Biomethane. Biomethane: solid waste facility permits: gas corporations: rates: interconnection.

Existing law requires the commission to adopt policies and programs that promote the in-state production and distribution of biomethane, as defined, that facilitate the development of a variety of sources of in-state biomethane.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation establishing goals for the procurement of biomethane. authorize gas corporations to include in their rate bases all reasonable costs incurred to interconnect biomass conversion facilities and anaerobic digestion facilities to their common carrier pipelines.
