CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE—
2017–2018 REGULAR SESSION
Assembly Bill | No. 3050 |
Introduced by Assembly Member Flora |
February 16, 2018 |
An act to amend Section 900 of the Government Code, relating to public entity liability.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 3050, as introduced, Flora.
Government tort claims.
The Government Claims Act establishes the liability and immunity of a public entity for its acts or omissions that cause harm to persons. Existing law defines specified terms for purposes of the interpretation of provisions of that act.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to one of those definitional provisions.
