An act to amend Section 3479 of the Civil Code, relating to nuisance.

Existing law defines a nuisance as anything injurious to health, indecent or offensive to the senses, or an obstruction to the free use of property, as specified.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the definition of nuisance.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 3479 of the Civil Code is amended to read:

3479.
