CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE—
2017–2018 REGULAR SESSION
Assembly Bill | No. 2057 |
Introduced by Assembly Member Salas |
February 06, 2018 |
An act to amend Section 3150 of the Public Resources Code, relating to oil and gas.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 2057, as introduced, Salas.
Oil and gas: additive.
Existing law requires the Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources to regulate the drilling and operation of wells used for the purpose of producing oil and gas. Existing law defines various terms for those purposes, including additive.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that definition.
