CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE—
2017–2018 REGULAR SESSION
Assembly Bill | No. 1681 |
Introduced by Assembly Member Burke |
February 17, 2017 |
An act to amend Section 43101 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to vehicular air pollution.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 1681, as introduced, Burke.
Vehicular air pollution: new motor vehicles.
Existing law requires the State Air Resources Board to adopt and implement emission standards for new motor vehicles for the control of emissions from new motor vehicles that the state board finds to be necessary and technologically feasible.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.
