AB 1614, as introduced, Mullin.
Tree removal.
The Tree Planting Act of 1931 authorizes a board of park commissioners, a park department, or other similar municipal authority having control of or jurisdiction over parks, trees, shrubs, and vegetation in a municipality to remove any tree or part thereof if it appears to be dead, is dangerous, or is an obstruction to public travel, including trees on private property, as specified.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.
