An act to amend Section 24741 of the Food and Agricultural Code, relating to poultry.

AB 1348, as introduced, Aguiar-Curry. Poultry plants: licenses.
Existing law provides for the regulation, inspection, and licensing of poultry plants. Existing law prohibits a person from operating a poultry plant unless he had obtained a license.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the latter provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 24741 of the Food and Agricultural Code is amended to read:

24741.
 A person shall not operate a poultry plant unless he or she has obtained a license pursuant to this chapter.
