   An act to amend Section 6104 of the Public Resources Code,
relating to the State Lands Commission.


	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


   AB 1302, as introduced, Hagman. State Lands Commission: meetings.
   Existing law establishes the State Lands Commission in the Natural
Resources Agency, consisting of the Controller, the Lieutenant
Governor, and the Director of Finance. Existing law requires the
commission to meet, upon due notice to all members of the commission,
at such times and places within the State as are deemed necessary by
it for the proper transaction of the business committed to it.
   This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
   Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.


THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 6104 of the Public Resources Code is amended to
read:
   6104.  The commission shall meet, upon due notice to all members
 thereof   of the commission  , at such
times and places within the  State   state 
as are deemed necessary by it for the proper transaction of the
business committed to it.
