LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST AB 1031, as introduced, Achadjian. Local government: open meetings. Existing law, the Ralph M. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to a provision of the Ralph M. Brown Act. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no.
