AN ACT
Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; department of transportation; Interstate 10; Willcox street replacement
A. The sum of $10,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation to widen Interstate 10 from two lanes to three lanes in each direction from the Interstate 10/Interstate 19 interchange and State Route 83.
B. The sum of $3,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020‑2021 to the department of transportation to replace Rex Allen Drive, Haskell Avenue and Maley Street in Willcox.
