Appropriating monies to the DEPARTMENT OF economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Supplemental appropriation; department of economic security; child care assistance

A.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2018‑2019, the sum of $56,000,000 is appropriated from the federal child care and development fund block grant in fiscal year 2018‑2019 to the department of economic security for child care assistance.

B.  The department may spend the monies appropriated in subsection A of this section in fiscal years 2018‑2019 and 2019‑2020.
