AN ACT

 

Amending Title 41, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding chapter 48; relating to valid IDENTIFICATION.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 41, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding chapter 48, to read:

CHAPTER 48

VALID IDENTIFICATION

ARTICLE 1.  GENERAL PROVISIONS

START_STATUTE41-4801.  Valid identification; consular identification cards; prohibition

This state or any political subdivision of this state shall not accept a consular identification card that is issued by a foreign government as a valid form of identification. END_STATUTE
