repealing section 19-102.01, Arizona Revised Statutes; repealing Laws 2017, chapter 151, section 3; relating to initiative and referendum.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

Section 19-102.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

Sec. 2.  Repeal

Laws 2017, chapter 151, section 3 is repealed.
