AN ACT
amending title 21, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 21‑203; relating to jurors.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 21, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 21-203, to read:
21-203. Internet jury service; juror seating; jury in civil court
A. The judge or jury commissioner may allow a trial or grand Juror to perform the juror's function by means of the internet.
B. If a Jury box is not available in a courtroom, the judge may allow a Juror to sit in extra chairs or any place in the courtroom or A different courtroom may also be used.
C. The right to a jury in civil courts may not be violated.
