Appropriating monies to the public safety personnel retirement system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; PSPRS; pension liability; city of Prescott

The sum of $7,800,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018‑2019 to the public safety personnel retirement system to be deposited in the employer account of the Prescott fire department group to offset the increased pension liability caused by the deaths of the granite mountain hotshots.
