AN ACT
amending title 39, chapter 1, article 2, arizona revised statutes, by adding section 39-129; relating to public records.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 39, chapter 1, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 39-129, to read:
39-129. 911 telephone calls; audio records; confidentiality; minors
for the purposes of this Chapter, an audio recording of a minor's 911 telephone call may not be disclosed to the public unless a parent or guardian of the minor consents to the disclosure.
