AN ACT
amending title 49, chapter 3, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 49‑474.08; relating to county air pollution control.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 49, chapter 3, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 49-474.08, to read:
49-474.08. Dust control; residential property; fees
for any dust control permit for occupied residential property, the control officer shall not charge more than fifty dollars per acre per year.
