AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; child care

The sum of $4,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2017-2018 to the department of economic security for child care assistance costs pursuant to section 46‑803, subsection D or F, Arizona Revised Statutes.
