AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the Maricopa county community college district and the Pima county community college district.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriations; community college districts; state aid for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs

A.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2018‑2019 for this purpose, the sum of $11,125,400 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Maricopa county community college district for state aid for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs pursuant to section 15‑1464, Arizona Revised Statutes.

B.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2018‑2019 for this purpose, the sum of $2,440,200 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Pima county community college district for state aid for science, technology, engineering and mathematics and workforce programs pursuant to section 15‑1464, Arizona Revised Statutes.
