AN ACT
Title 15, chapter 3, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-349.01; relating to school district governing boards.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 3, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-349.01, to read:
15-349.01. Optional school bus privatization
A school district may contract with a private entity to operate school bus routes and school buses for the purpose of transporting pupils on behalf of the school district.
