AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona

The sum of $30,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona for the purposes prescribed in title 49, chapter 8, Arizona Revised Statutes.
