AN ACT
amending section 42-5038, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to TRANSACTION PRIVILEGE TAXES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 42-5038, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
42-5038. Transaction and privilege taxes independent of other taxes
Taxes that are imposed by this article shall be are in addition to all other licenses and taxes that are levied by law, whether as a condition precedent to engaging in any business taxable under this article or for any other purpose.
