SENATE BILL 1107

 

 

 

AN ACT

 

amending section 32-1905, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the Arizona state board of pharmacy.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 32-1905, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE32-1905.  Meetings; time and place; annual report

A.  The board of pharmacy shall hold meetings to consider license and permit applications and to transact other business legally coming before it.  The board must hold at least four meetings in each fiscal year.

B.  The board shall designate the time and place of its meetings at least thirty days before each meeting.

C.  The board shall make an annual written or electronic report to the governor and to the Arizona pharmacy association, including that includes the names of all pharmacists, interns, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy technician trainees, pharmacies, wholesalers and manufacturers that are authorized to practice under this chapter and a record of licenses, permits and renewals.
