SENATE BILL 1089

 

 

AN ACT

 

amending title 1, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 1-316; relating to holidays.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 1, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 1-316, to read:

START_STATUTE1-316.  Purple heart day

A.  August 7, in each year, shall be observed as purple heart day.

B.  Purple heart day is not a legal holiday. END_STATUTE
