AN ACT
providing for the applicability of laws relating to arbitration bonds.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Applicability
Laws 2012, chapter 44, section 1 applies to all monies that were deposited pursuant to section 12-133, subsection I, Arizona Revised Statutes, and that were in the possession of the county on or after August 2, 2012.
