AN ACT

 

amending section 8-502, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to child welfare and placement.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 8-502, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE8-502.  Administration

Child placement as provided for in this article shall be administered by the division subject to the provisions of chapter 1 of title 46, chapter 1. END_STATUTE
