repealing title 49, chapter 1, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to regulation of greenhouse gas emissions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

Title 49, chapter 1, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.
