AN ACT

 

amending Title 41, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-110; relating to the governor's office.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 41, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-110, to read:

START_STATUTE41-110.  State agencies; veterans status; inquiry; forms

All state agencies, boards, commissions or other administrative units of this state shall ask every individual at the initial point of service with that individual and to print on each application form the following question:  "Have you or a family member ever served in the military?"  END_STATUTE

Sec. 2.  Effective date

This act is effective from and after December 31, 2020.
