AN ACT
Appropriating monies to the university of arizona.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; university of Arizona; survey; desert tortoises; cactus ferruginous pygmy owl; yellow billed cuckoo
The sum of $300,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the university of Arizona natural resource users land and policy center, cooperative extension to conduct species assessment surveys of desert tortoises, cactus ferruginous pygmy owls and yellow billed cuckoos in this state.
