AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; department of economic security; tribal governments; senior citizen programs
The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 to the department of economic security to distribute to the following tribal governments to operate programs for senior citizens:
1. $500,000 for the Navajo nation.
2. $500,000 for the Hopi tribe.
3. $500,000 for the Hualapai Indian tribe.
4. $500,000 for the Havasupai tribe.
5. $500,000 for the White Mountain Apache tribe.
6. $500,000 for the San Carlos Apache tribe.
7. $500,000 for the Kaibab band of Paiute Indians.
8. $500,000 for the San Juan Southern Paiute tribe.
