AN ACT
amending Title
33, chapter 4, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 33-443;
relating to conveyances of real property.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 33, chapter 4, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 33-443, to read:
33-443. Residential property
sale; disclosure; sex offender
Notwithstanding any other law, for a sale of a
single-family residence and if known by the seller, the seller shall DISCLOSE
to the buyer that a person who is REQUIRED to register pursuant to section 13‑3821
resides within one-half mile of the single-family residence.
