An Act
appropriating monies to the department of administration for detention facility construction.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of administration; Cochise county; detention facility
The sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of administration to distribute to Cochise county for the construction of a new detention facility.
