AN ACT

 

amending title 28, chapter 3, article 17, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 28‑985; relating to vehicle equipment and inspections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 28, chapter 3, article 17, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-985, to read:

START_STATUTE28-985.  Applicability

This article does not apply to a vehicle that, pursuant to section 28‑921, is exempt from the equipment requirements of article 16 of this chapter.END_STATUTE
