appropriating monies to the Department of emergency and military affairs.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of emergency and military affairs; tuition and fees

The sum of $1,446,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of emergency and military affairs for tuition and fees for Arizona national guard members pursuant to section 26-179, Arizona Revised Statutes.
