AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the Arizona Department of forestry and fire management.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; Arizona department of forestry and fire management; Mount Lemmon fire district; exemption

A.  The sum of $750,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the Arizona department of forestry and fire management to distribute to the Mount Lemmon fire district to construct a water line.

B.  The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.

C.  All monies remaining unexpended and unencumbered on December 31, 2021 from this appropriation revert to the state general fund.
