AN ACT

 

amending title 11, chapter 2, article 4, arizona revised statutes, by adding section 11-269.27; relating to food establishment licenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 11, chapter 2, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 11-269.27, to read:

START_STATUTE11-269.27.  Food vendors; license; county reciprocity

Each county must recognize and grant reciprocity to any current food establishment license validly obtained pursuant to title 36 and rules adopted by the department of health services. END_STATUTE
