AN ACT

 

Amending section 17-337, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the taking and handling of wildlife.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 17-337, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE17-337.  Hunting and fishing licenses; armed forces members and spouses

A member or the spouse of a member of the armed forces of the United States who is on active duty and stationed in this state for either permanent or temporary duty may purchase a resident license permitting the taking of wildlife. END_STATUTE
