AN ACT
amending title 32, chapter 30, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 32-3059; relating to private postsecondary education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 32, chapter 30, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 32-3059, to read:
32-3059. Opt-in regulation
Notwithstanding any other law, a private postsecondary institution in this state that is exempt from regulation by the board may notify the board that the institution is opting in to regulation by the board.
