AN ACT
amending Title 1, chapter 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 4; relating to government publications.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 1, chapter 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 4, to read:
ARTICLE 4. GOVERNMENT PUBLICATIONS
1-261. Government publications; language other than English; dissemination; notice
If an agency of this state is required to issue or disseminate a publication, document or material, other than voting material, in a language other than English, the agency shall:
1. only issue or disseminate the publication, document or material by posting it on a government internet website and maintaining a printed copy in the state agency's office.
2. Include on the English language version of the publication, document or material a conspicuous notice of the address of the internet website and the location of the agency office where the version of the publication, document or material in a language other than English is posted and maintained.
