HOUSE BILL 2246

 

 

AN ACT

 

Amending Laws 2003, chapter 200, section 13, as amended by laws 2014, chapter 77, section 3; amending laws 2014, chapter 77, section 4; relating to the Arizona lengthy trial fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Laws 2003, chapter 200, section 13, as amended by Laws 2014, chapter 77, section 3, is amended to read:

Sec. 13.  Delayed repeal

Section 21-222, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after June 30, 2019 2027.

Sec. 2.  Laws 2014, chapter 77, section 4 is amended to read:

Sec. 4.  Delayed repeal

Section 12‑115, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after December 31, 2018 2026.
