AN ACT
Amending section 32‑930, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the state board of chiropractic examiners.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 32-930, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
32-930. Chiropractic assistants; scope of practice
Nothing in This chapter shall be construed to does not prevent a chiropractic assistant from assisting a doctor of chiropractic pursuant to rules adopted by the board except for either of the following:
1. The chiropractic specialty of acupuncture by needle insertion.
2. Massage therapy, unless the chiropractic assistant is licensed pursuant to chapter 42 of this title.
