repealing section 38‑881, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by Laws 2010, chapter 200, section 54; repealing laws 2005, CHAPTER 324, SECTION 2; relating to the corrections officer retirement plan.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

A.  Section 38-881, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by Laws 2010, chapter 200, section 54, is repealed.

B.  Laws 2005, chapter 324, section 2 is repealed.
